I was reading the VMWare documentation and it states that only one iSCSI target can be attached to each esx server, since I am already running an EqualLogic iSCSI storage array attached to all of my esx servers, does that mean I can not use the internal storage by adding the VSA? I believe the answer is no, but thougt I would ask anyway.
Thanks,
Craig.

Where did you read that? They support (in 3.0 - 3.0.2) up to 64 iSCSI targets per ESX server. Sure that was not one HBA / server?
Anyway, you should be able to hook up both at the same time.
