I know your existing products in the NSM range worked as targets for emboot.com products.

Can you please tell me if this functionality is included with the LHVASAN. Lefthand Virtual appliance SAN.

The Virtual SAN Appliance (VSA) is a full version of SAN/iQ. So the expectation should be that any initiator (like emBoot's) that works with SAN/iQ SANs will work with the VSA also.

The only functionality that is not the same is configuring alternate raid types (because it's a single virtual disk) and monitoring of physical hardware health, like drives, BBU, temperature, etc (because SAN/iQ can't query the underlying hardware).
